i want to learnworkflow.could u please give me some input like

is R/3 config suffecient or NETWEAVER is Required...?

and also suggest me the good material....

how can i start......to ....learn...

and where can i start .....

Ravi,

You dont need to know much about r/3 configuration and netweaver to learn workflow.You can refer the sap library -in webflow book you can see the workflow scenarios.An example like notification of absence is given to study it easily.
