ofcourse you can.

but you need to take the help of Functional consultants as the values of domain comes from IMG settings.

and also depends on which domain you are trying to use. if it can be done at IMG settings level it can be done.

Yes you can do using GOTO -> Fixed Value Append in SE11.

Which domain you are talking about?

You have to consider where-used list of the domain before doing, as it will affect all data elements using that domain.
