Upgrade: Function Module does not exist

Hi Experts,

transaction FOIM is giving DUMP in ECC.

It shows a message

Function module "/CUKREQ/RECN_EVENT_FMOD2" not found.

This function module exist in 4.6c.

Will anyone suggest what to do?
