In some of the custom programs programmers defined the text elements this way
write:/5 'Certified' (316),
The text-316 is not available in text-symbols tab of the program. I know by double click on the 316 entry system will ask for creation of text-316. I wanted to know is any easy way populate all from program into text symbols tab ?

You can do the following:
Go to Text Symbols:
Then Navigate to :Utilities-> Adjust -> Text Symbols.
In your case you can use the second Option: "Text Symbols that need to be added to the text pool"
Execute and then Insert and then Save.

In se38 after opening the program, goto -> Text Elements -> Text Symbols -> here in the right hand upper corner you can find one button Compare text symbols (ctrl + Shift + F7). This will ask for option to save all the available text in the text pool.
