Table/Template Pattern missing in smartforms

Hi !

I'm trying to use the Table/Template Pattern in my smartform, but when I press the "Select Pattern" button, a blank window pops up with no patterns at all. It is all gone, though I have not lost the pattern for the previously created tables. Any Ideas ?
