Spool Request

Guyz!

I am getting quite generic problem while printing some layoutset. Problem is the number of copies showing in spool is 2, which is the desired number of copies, but the end user is saying that he is getting random number of pages. Sometimes 15, sometimes 53 so on. So apart from their Local Printer setting, is there any possible area that I have to look on. The trnx is MB1A and after posting the user is taking up the print out. One copy goes to Warehouse Management(WM) printer and one more goes to requster printer. Is it getting too much generic or I need to give some more info?
