SMARTFORMS!!

can anyone give me all the steps in writing the code in the SMARTFORMS.i need to know as how the tables r declared in a SMARTFORM and how the loops are used and how the input n output parameters are passed in the loop.

I also need the sample print program for the SMARTFORMS,where the select statements are used.
