SmartForms

Hello All.

I'm need to use SmartForms at in the Sales Orders. But at this moment i don't know at can't see the Standard Smartform in my system.

Does any one Know where can i get the Standard Sales Order SmartForm and program.

The version off the system is ECC 5.0.

Hi Pedro,

Refer trxn V/30 for 'Output types' <b>Processing Routines</b>.

For eg:

Order Type <b>BA00</b> and Appli: <b>V1</b> smartform is <b>/SMB40/SDORC_A</b>

Hi Pedro,

The driver program in ECC 5.0 for smartforms is

/SMB40/RVADOR01.We can use this form /SMB40/SDORC_IT.

At this moment there are know standard outputtypes created for the salesorders in ECC 5.0(To use smartforms).

At this moment i don't have neither the Program or the Smartform in the System.

Where can i get the Program and the SmartForm?

Hi ,

Please ask baisi team to down load pre-configured smartforms and then copy the standard to your.

Hello

One more thing. At this moment i have done the following Steps:

1 - Download the PREC. SMART FORMS - V1.500

Using the Following Steps: Donwload->SAP Software Distribution Center-> Download-> Installations and Upgrade-> Entry by Application Group->SAP Best Pratices->Best Practices for mySAP All-in-One->PRECONFIGURED SMART FORMS-> PREC. SMART FORMS - V1.500.

Download the 2 CD.50074514 and the CD 51031367

At this Moment i have the chek the cd 51031367. But i Don't Know the Name off the Package that i have to Import to the System in Order to see the Standard SmartForms.

The package for pre-config smartforms is : /SMB40/

Go to TNAPR Table in SE16 , then put your order type in the particular field here you will be able to see the Print program and Smartform name too.

I have unpack the CD 50074514. And now i have to Upload to the system the Package /SMB40 is this Correct?

Yes. You have to upload the system package /SMB40 .

Please apply the latest patches for this package if you are using version 4.7. see relavant OSS notes .

Because PO smartforms and print program has some updates.
