Hii..
Use the Program <b>RSTXSCRP</b> .. In this program's selection screen Mode should be <b>IMPORT</b>... In the file that u have downloaded previously u will have the form name in some places.. U need to give that same name onli as the object name in the selection screeen of this program..

We can upload and download the SAP Scripts using the predefined ,i.e. Standard Program <b>RSTXSCRP</b>. After executing this, it asks for the <b>form name</b> and also to specify the path for downloading or uploading.
