Script issue

Hello friends,

We had a Script developed almost 3 yrs back and was working fine then in the Development box. However we need it now and when we are testing it now we see something wierd.

It has many windows and in each Window before it prints anything it first prints

courier new or Arial.

This is seen only when we print it. However when I do the print preview we dont see this issue.

Any suggestions,

Hi Bob,

Check if the same printer is been used as Not all printer support different formats.If it a diff. printer than usual one ..check if the correct drivers are been installed.

I printed in many different printers and it still has that issue.

any more suggestions.

Hi Bob,

Check the Setting of printer in TC: SPAD. As u were saying its looks fine in the print preview ..its not development issue .Pls check with your Basis Admin.
