SAP Script not triggering new page

Hi,

I'm trying to add new page to commercial invoice sapscript. We already have two pages on it and I created a third page to print disclaimer text. Third page only contains disclaimer text and nothing else.When I add NEW-PAGE command in main window, the footer text where some terms and conditions are defined are not displayed but third page is triggered. If I move the NEW-PAGE command to footer then the new page is not getting triggered. The print program calls sap standard function module

RV_EXPORT_DOCUMENT_PRINT, so I can't change the print program.

Can you please let me know what can I do to trigger third page without modifying the print program.

HI,

Use New-page <page name>. This will trigger the new page for the script.

/: NEW-PAGE <pagename>

May be you are calling a NEW-PAGE in the main window and you have not mentioned which should be the next page. For that you need to Go to SE71>>> Pages>>>Standard Attributes>>> Mention the <b>Next page</b>

I think that NEW-PAGE is to be always used in the main window (non-sense otherwise).

Refer also to the warnings ("blank lines ... blank page" especially) mentioned in SAP Library, chapter "Explicit Page Break: NEW-PAGE".

Please search in Google for "SAPscript add terms and conditions". Adding a new page (usually T&C or a disclaimer, like in your case) is a frequently asked question.
