Regarding transportation

Hi experts,

i have customized an object.Actual programme name is zprogramme and i copied it to z_programme and customized it.Now i need to transport that issue.wat are the requirements for transporting and the navigation. can ny one help me in this..

Hi Rakhi,

If you want to transport your object to the next system just assign it to new Transport request and release the same using SE09/SE10.

Now give this number to your basis and they will do the needful.

Hi,

You have to assign a Dev class/package while creating an object and create a Transport request.Release this request and transport to Quality server using STMS

Basis people will do the transport.

If your zprogram in $TMP then go se38> change> edit--> object dict entry --> it will ask for change of package or development class --> change $tmp to your package then system will ask for transport.

Use SE09 to release transport
