Regarding Table

Hi all ,

I have a requirtment suppose i have Ztable , when i display data it will show all the possible entries in that table , after display when i goto menu , click Table Entry then click Transport Entries , but that Transport Entries is Disbale , i want to enable that one , could plz tell me what is the procedure .

Hi,

As suggested, click Standard Recording Routine radio button and then save it.

Then go to SM30, type something and then remove it.Then clik in the menu,Edit->Transport->Include in Request.

Then give the request no.

select standard recording routine radio in table, table mainitainence generator to move table

contents to quality and production by assigning it to request.

Hi Nihar ,

If you need to transport the data to some other client ,

in ur table setting for attribures u can maintain the deliver class "A" and maintenance allowed option .

Then maintain the data through SM30 , which in return will prompt for a transport request attach .

Do the same and then transport the data with that request .

You will find that option while Doing the Table Maintanance generation from the Menubar --> Utilities --> Table Maintanance Generator --> at the bottom.

Hi,

Step1: After creating table,check table maintenace allowed.Activate the table.

Step2:In menu, Click Utlities->Table Maintenance Generator.

Step3:Specify authorisation group(say &Nc&).

Step4:Specify function group(give the name of the table)

Step5:Select one step and then select Standard Recording routine.

Step6:Click Create button.

Step7: Go to SM30->Specify the table name and then click maintain.

Step8:Enter the values.

Step9:In the menu,Edit->transport->Include in Request.

Step10:Specify the request no.
