Hello everyone,

Could anyone tellme how to mass change/create entries in SU01 personalization tab. Mind it recording doesnt work on personalization tab neither SAP standard Mass User Maintenance SU10 can update Personalization.

Use tcode SPERS_TEST to create recording to do mass changes in Personalisation tab (unlike in SU01, where recordign is not possible in personalisation tab).

Try to use

SPERS_RFC_USER_DATA_SET

and also check the following function modules

SPERS_SAVE_DATA_BGD

SPERS_SAVE_DATA_RFC

SPERS_SET_DISTRIBUTION_DATA

SPERS_USER_DELETE

SPERS_USER_DELETE_BGD

UPDATE_PARAMETER_SETTINGS

I tried these funcitons and none of them is creating an actualy entry which is visible in personalisation tab. Though the entry is created in the table.

Personalization can also be maintained at ROLE level in PFCG. Assign these roles to the users only.
