How to upload/place a image in a module pool screen,

My question was how to place the image in dialog program ,

But I have seen in SAP IDES version 4.7EE screen 0 (Sap easy access) contains a image ,

what actual is it?

goto abapdocu tcode.select ABAP User Dialogs ->Screens ->Complex Screen Elements ->GUI controls on screen .

check that program code and output.
