module pool Screen painter layout

when i try to get screen painter layout it's always give me below blank layout. pls give the solution.

1) this is permission problem or

2) GUI installation problem.

Hi Tithira Gallage,

Try to open the same screen through SE80. or some times if more than one person using the same screen it may  display like this.

Try to close all the sessions and try to open it through SE80.

if it doesn't work try to open the same screen in some other screen, if its fine in that system then there may some problem in GUI.

In se38 or se80, goto menu utilities->settings->screen painter tab and verify if the "Graphical layout editor" is marked or not. mark it, and try the same in a new session.

I log in to another development sever using same GUI it's working fine but in my development server getting above blank layout.  pls give me any help full answers.

That is what Mr Kesavadas Thekkillath told you,

Try to see those settings on both the development system(that is your and another).

So that you can fix it in your dev system
