Message server - Urgent

Hi experts,

Could any one tell me how to check the port number of message server and SAP instance number.It's very urgent.

For check port number of message server use Tranx SM51 and select the server and press Detail button

Run the report RSM51000_ALV using tranx SA38 (This will be program behind tranx SM51)
