message mapping error

hi experts,

i have the following error:

Error Category MAPPING

Error Code EXCEPTION_DURING_EXECUTE

i had the JVm cleared and in the mapping it was executed sucessfully what might cause this error?

Hello,

Did you try doing these?

In your mapping program include the logic which will ignore the presence of special characters and pass them as is...

Also try to refresh the cache with SXI_CACHE transaction and the same in the Administration page of the Process Integration Tool.
