Installation error

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

since 3 days I have placed a trail account with you.
But unfortunately when I try to install SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP Developer Edition 7.52 SP04 I get this error "P NetWeaver AS ABAP Developer Edition 7.52 SP04".
I ask for your help.
