BAUP - Bank Data Transfer

BIC - Transfer Bank Data from BIC Database

There are 2 ways how the BNKA Tables gets updated as far as i know.

1st Method : When u create a Bank Master in FI01 transaction the BNKA Table gets updated.

2nd Methd : When you enter the Bank datas for Vendor , say u are trying to enter a bank that is not ther in the bank master ( BNKA table ) , in that case it will create an entry in the BNKA table .

Might be it can updated in the same way when they create customers also , that i am not aware of .

You can do a mass import of bank data using Tx BAUP. For UK banks you can get a data file from [Unified Software|http://www.unifiedsoftware.co.uk] For other countries the central banking authorities will be able to advise.
