Function Module for SCD

Hi,

Can anybody give me some FM or BAPI which simulates a shipment cost document which can be used in an output program to populate a form. The problem we are having right now is that our SCD is printing too late but we need the rate data from SCD before its actually created in SAP. Trying to do some kind of simulation. Dunno if thats possible or has someone ever done that. i.e. simulate SAP condition technique in your own custom code..
