Hi,
This means that mails to external IDs are not allowed from your system.
Check the T-code SCOT to see the allowed domains. If you don't have access, check with your BASIS team.
Thanks,
Vinod.

You can check user settings (SU01D) and e-mail settings (SCOT, SOST).

Hi,
You have to fill the tables parameter 'PACKING_LIST'.
try with these values
wa_objpack-TRANSF_BIN = space.
wa_objpack-HEAD_START = 1.
wa_objpack-HEAD_NUM = 0.
wa_objpack-BODY_START = 1.
wa_objpack-DOC_TYPE = 'RAW'.
APPEND wa_objpack to it_objpack.

Daz.

Hi,
Is the sy-subrc of the FM 0 after the call? Did you pass the parameter COMMIT_WORK = 'X'? If not please pass this a X. Else mail wont be placed in the queue.
Thanks,
Vinod.

Hi Neela,
It could be better if you can paste your mail sending code. There might be some thing wrong in the coding part.
Thanks,
Vinod.

HI Neela,
In receiver parameter, you need to set the following:
wa_receivers-rec_type = 'B'. [ 'B' is for SAP user, 'U' is for internet user]
wa_receivers-com_type = 'INT'.
wa_receivers-express = 'X'.
APPEND wa_receivers TO i_receivers.
Please check with this.

Hi Neela,
To know whether it is configuration problem or abap code issue, try sending mail to external id
using business workplace (tcode = SBWP). From there create a new message to external email id and send. Then see in SOST/SCOT and manually transmit from there.

amit m.
