Recording error

Dear All,

I am trying to create test script . I crated system data, when I am trying to create Test script I selected component as BC-TWB-TST-ECA I can able to create execute the script. After choosing the Pattern option I can enter the u2018Groupu2019, u2018commandu2019, u2019Interfaceu2019 I am getting the screen like u2018Record GUI Commandu2019 in this I am selecting the checkboxu2019s u2018Per dialog stepu2019 u2018After Every Screenu2019 u2018For each Transactionu2019 u2018 For each sessionu2019 after this I am selecting T-code which I can record. I am clicking button u2018Start recordingu2019 after this I am getting one information u2018Scripting is not allowed in ecatt system or on current serveru2019.

How can I solve this problem I am doing the work in personal laptop..

Kindly help on this.

Hi Krish,

Please check the Table T000 thru SM31 and check the client settings whether eCATT is allowed.

Go thru this initial steps and make sure all the steps are been covered.

Hello Colleague,

If you are using SAPGUI mode for recording then also check in the transaction RZ11 , enter sapgui/user_scripting and display check if all the values are TRUE to enable SAPGUI mode of recording.
