Click on SAP Support Portal

Enter creditials.

Click downloads from top level nav

Click SAP support packages from second level nav

Click entry by application group on the left

Click SAP Frontend Componets from main page section

Click SAP Gui for Windows

Click SAP Gui for windows 7.10 Core

Click the same underneath

click Win32

In the container below, you will see the download files. Looks like it is up to patch 3. Download and install.
