if we goto t-code sale t-code we we get logical systems 1.define logical system.

2.Assign clients to logical

in assign clients to logical system option when we click on new entries option there we will find CLIENT there we find an option RESTRICTIONS WHEN STARTING CATT AND ECATT what is the purpose of this option?what is catt and ecatt?plz explain me clearly.
