Hi RamyaKR,

1. You can assign only one Domain to one Data Element. You can not assign multiple domains to one data element.

2. go to SE11

Domain zabc / zcde

Save it. then

Activate it (Press Ctrl + F3) one by one

Activate both first.. then use one of the domain in Data Element zalphabet.

Hope it will solve your problem..

Thanks & Regards

Technically It is not possible to assign two domain to a data element, nither logically as well.

Domain describes the technical attribute of a field.

How ever.. different technical fields of the same type can be combined in a domain. Fields referring the same domain are changed at the same time when a domain is changed. This ensures consistency of these fields.

Hope this helps!!

Thanks,

Jugal.

Hi

Several data elements can have the same domain, but a particular data element can have only one domain. The two-level domain concept helps in centralized management of data elements.

These links might give you some idea.
