Hi,
i´ve got the following SELECT statement:
SELECT SINGLE aname1 aort01 astras apstlz
atelf1 astcd1 c~bezei
INTO (wa_devolucion-name1, wa_devolucion-ort01,
wa_devolucion-stras, wa_devolucion-pstlz,
wa_devolucion-telf1, wa_devolucion-stcd1,
wa_devolucion-provi)
FROM kna1 AS a
INNER JOIN t005 AS b
ON bland1 = aland1
AND bspras = aspras
INNER JOIN t005u AS c
ON cspras = aspras
AND cland1 = aland1
AND cbland = aregio
WHERE a~kunnr = v_kunnr
AND c~spras = v_spras
AND c~land1 = v_land1
AND c~bland = v_regio.
The problem is that for certain customer the value in t005-spras is different from the value in kna1 and t005u.
How can i solve this problem?.

Hi Max,
is it a question of parametrization?
do i have to do something with this customer in order to get the data i need in spanish?
this customer is from Morocco and has the following values in tables:
kna1-spras = 'ES' spanish
t005-spras = 'AR' arabic
t005s-spras = 'S' spanish

Hi
I think you can't solve the problem using your join:
- T005U is text table of T005S, so you can try in this table the definition of the region (field BLAND) for several languages (field SPRAS);
- T005 is the table of the country and here the field SPRAS is the language is spoken in the country;
- KNA1 is the table of customer and here the field SPRAS is the language should be use for the messages (print) for the cusatomer,
so the field SPRAS (language) has a different mean for each table.
Let us know what you want to do.

Hi
The problem is the language of customer (KNA1-SPRAS), that language is used by the system when it has to decide which language to use for the print.
For example:
you have to create a sale order print and you have to print different versions for different languages.
So you'll create one only sapscript, but different versions for every language you have to use (Spanish version, English version...)
But the system often can use only two or three languages, becouse nobody load all lanagues of the world, but it often loads the main languages for the business.
I work in Italy, so we use to use Italian (for the Italian customer) and English (for the customer of other countries. I sometimes worked for companies have big business in latin countries, so those companies use Spanish too.
Now when it insert a customer of other country, the user have to decide which language he has to assign: if it has a customer of Marocco, it's probably useless to assign Arabic, becouse the system doesn't manage this language.
So I think your system manages the Spanish and not the Arabic, so the Spanish is used for Arabic Customer too.
You should use only one language, the language of Customer.

I was working with sapscripts . The business has several centres in all the world and different customer with different languages.
When you print the system use the language of the logon ,but you must force the print with the language of the costumer . The language of the customer isn't in the table KNA1 (only you will find the nationality and a language ,but not the communication language neccesary to communicate with the customer)
