Current Settings on a Table

How do you make an existing table a current setting table?

This is what the user has asked me to do....

When Miro tried to update Co.89 with PV02 in TST, we found that the table V_001_R access via SM30 is locked. Cate, Miro and I were discussing whether it should be made a "current setting" so that it could allow us to update the table as required rather than moving a transport back with PV02 and then with PV01 again when required. Can we request that the table be changed to a "current setting" table?

Hi,

V_001_R is the maintenance view of table T001 and its not table.
