Capture & Excise Post not allowed through MIGO

Hi,

Two users encounter the following errors while executing MIGO and other users are able to execute the same.

Error Logs:

1. No value on Excise Detail tab can be  changed manually !

2. Capture and Post Excise Invoice will not be allowed here.

Are these errors due to some missing authorizations ?

Initial investigations show that all relevant roles are already assignd to the troubled users. Kindly suggest.

Hi,

the easiest way to figure out if it fails on authorization is to run authorization trace (ST01) and see if there are any issues. Also check if it's not custom BADI. I could not find those messages in ECC system.
