Call Function.... Destination .... Error

Hi,

I have a program that uses a Call function destination to our XI system.

We are having some really wierd problems.

If is go to sm59 and do a test connection on the destination everything is OK.

I run the program and my data is sent to XI.

If i run the program again a bit after i get a st22 dump CALL_FUNCTION_REMOTE_ERROR

"call to messaging system failed: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.ConfigException:

If i go to sm59 and do another test connection on the destination everything is OK

If i run my program again my data is sent to XI ok.

When i run the program again i dumps and keeps dumpning untill i go to sm59 and test the connection.

Does anybody know why this is suddenly unstable .. this used to work perfectly fine ... no upgrade or changes have been made since it was working fine.

If it is suddenly become unstable without any change, then you must verify with BASIS / system admin for following things:

1. Goto SM59 in respective RFC (SAP to XI) Goto MENU: Utilities -> Test -> Authorization Test Check whether everything is fine.

2. Check whether any OS level patch is applied on XI (or even R/3) during these days. Basis may need to study those Patches or search for SAP notes to solve similar problems.

3. Any system parameter is changed for either of system.
