BD64 filter problem

we are using CREMAS to send the vendor data to two different legacy systems based on purchasing org values (say if EKORG=1000 then it should go to Legacy System1 & if EKORG=2000 then it should go to Legacy System2). we have created two distribution channels for two systems and applied the filter in BD64 based on EKORG.
Problem: As we all know vendor data will be processed in E1LFA1M, E1LFB1M & E1LFM1M segments. But when I put the filter on EKORG, only E1LFM1M segment is not getting processed and E1LFA1M & E1LFB1M are getting processed. My requirement is to stop the complete IDOC when condition is not met.
Kindly provide the suggestions.
Note: we are processing the CREMAS based on change pointers.
