BAPI_ENTRYSHEET_CREATE

Hi All,

I want to release a service entry sheet.As our client doesnt have a release procedure and hence no release code,so i cant use BAPI_ENTRYSHEET_RELEASE.

So releasing here will be same as approving.I tried using BAPI_ENTRYSHEET_CREATE but the above BAPI doesnt release a existing entry sheet ,instead it creates a new entry sheet and releases the same.

Do anyone know any method to achieve the same function.

Read the documentation in se37 and use apprapiate among all.

BAPI_ENTRYSHEET_CREATE Create Entry Sheet

BAPI_ENTRYSHEET_DELETE Delete Entry Sheet

BAPI_ENTRYSHEET_GETDETAIL Display Detailed Data on Entry Sheet

BAPI_ENTRYSHEET_GETLIST List Entry Sheets

BAPI_ENTRYSHEET_GETRELINFO Detailed Release Information Relating to Entry Sheet

BAPI_ENTRYSHEET_RELEASE Release Entry Sheet

BAPI_ENTRYSHEET_RESET_RELEASE Cancel Release of Entry Sheets

We used FMs MS_READ_ENTRY_SHEET along with MS_UPDATE_SERVICE_ENTRY to approve the service entry sheet.

We used the above two FM to approve the service sheet.Fine, but we cant post the GR documents for the transaction.With the BAPI it would have been automatic but here we are not able to do it.

Didn't find a proper solution and the requirement was withdrawn. So closing the thread.
