Another SE43N Question

If I have a subnode we'll call tree_subnode in SE43N. It is part of the main S000 tree. Anyway I can apply the new tree_subnode to S000 within a system via activation, linking process, or magic - without having to go in an physically alter S000?

Thank-you.
