ALV-Tree problem

Sorry for my English 😃

I try to use ALV-Tree in Z report and it's work great. But some users ( not all ) can't use this tree ( it looks like inactive: folders doesn't open, handlers doesn't work ). I think this problem becouse of patch version of SAP GUI, but users with problem have different patch-versions upper then my ( in my computer it works great ). Can you help me?)

Simple check. Ask a user with problem to connect to your computer (or another working computer).

If it is OK with your computer you have to search for new SAPgui patch

If it doesn't work for these users then standard programs using this technology should not work too. You should check that first.
