Adobe Form Print Problem - Prints some garbage value

I am currently facing a problem when trying to print Adobe forms, which has developed for notification type 13(TC-IW53). The issue occurs when am trying to print a form.  Choosing  print preview prior to printing, the form  prints fine. However, if I do  direct print (i.e. no print preview), then it prints some garbage value. Spool is generating and looks fine. I have tried printing to different printers and are ending up with the same results each time. The same Notification type with SAPScript printing fine. What to do??

You may have to create a new output device for PDF printing. Please follow the below links.

This could be issue with printer. Are you trying to print using a DOT MATRIX Printer?

If yes, try printing with a Laser or inkjet printer.

It is Laser printer only.

Can you please let me know what is the step by step procedure to print adobe forms on dot matrix printer ?

I need basic steps which we have to follow to print adobe forms on dot matrix printer (pre-stationary printers) ?

Hi Jitendra,

To print SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe,the relevant XDC file  should be installed.
See SAP Note 1939887, which contains a list of delivered XDC files.
PDFprint also should be used.please check below SAPnotes for more information.
