Please run below script instead of just ./sapinst

./sapinst SAPINST_JRE_HOME=/tmp/SAPJVM/sapjvm_6/jre

Hi Vipul,

Have you done below steps?

1. Create a file called ".sapjvmrc" in "/tmp/SAPJVM/sapjvm_6/jre/lib/ia64/server" directory

In that .sapjvmrc file write one line: -Xss3M

If not please do it and try.
