P-user registration

Hi Team,

We need to register for a P-user id. I have a S-user id linked with Universal id.
Below is the Blog which i am following, but there is no option to register.

Dear manuvaddadi,

Please click on the profile section in the top-right corner.

Then click on Create an SAP Universal ID.
