Dear GRC experts,
I am working on GRC 10 implementation and had a problem with MSMP workflow.
The user submit a template based access request successfully, but the request does not go the the approver.
Following is the current MSMP configuration.

Please suggest what could go wrong and how to make it work.
The GRC version is 10.0 SP19.
