Failed to post data to database:sgData

Hi gurús,

I was working at an input, and I tried to send specific data to validate before changing the work estatus. The problem we face is the following:

No data send and this general error coming up:

"Failed to save data"

Framework message:

Failed to post data to database: sgData

Does anybody experience the same error? is it a problem of the database? I cheked the function set at the report for sending data and it seems to be rigth.

Hi,

I guess you're using MS version of BPC.

If so check that all your sgData and sgQueue tables are empty, if not delete all the records inside.

Make also visible the EVDRE_DATACACHE and delete this sheet, so that BPC will create a new sheet after the first expand.
