Database error for < <>".

Dear Team,

When trying to open a PDF attachment I get below error (its only happened in my system only),if I tried others system its opened fine. I already reinstall the SAP GUI ,But the problem not fixed.

"Database error for <GET DATA FROM KPRO> <>".

Hello,

Check the KBA for the possible cause of this issue:

1849203 - Error message Database error for <GET DATA FROM KPRO> (SO013) and/or File could not be exported (SO315) when opening a document in Attachment list

If it does not help then check the error information in SLG1 to get the category and related content repository in OACT, then run report RSHTTP52 to check if the document exists or not.
