ArchiveLink 4.5 Certification

Can anybody please guide me through the ArchiveLink 4.5 Certification process. Any help will be greatly appreciable

Hello Jithin,

the SAP Archivelink Integration (BC-AL 4.5) contains actually 3 subsets of integration:

The HTTP Content Server (BC-HCS 4.5) - as Repository for the Image Documents

The OLE Automation as Front-End Integration - Scanning and Viewing

The Barcode BAPI - to link archived Image Documents within SAP by sending Meta-information of the Documents via Barcode

Only if you provide all three subsets together your solution is SAP Archivelink certified. Some SAP Customer process scenarios do not use Front-End and Barcode at all and need only a HTTP Content Server as the Storage Repository, therefore we certify the HTTP Content Server functionality only, in a seperate certification scenario.

With provision you propably think about a development and testing environment for you. Once we have a signed contract for the certification we will provide you with an Minisap System which is perfectly pre-installed for you.
