Access BPIDENT views in CRM WebUI using URL

Dear community -

I learnt recently that if a URL is rightly formed then a Web UI (IC WebClient) view can be loaded directly with the data of my choice. An example is given below -

http://[application-server]:[port]/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_ui_start/default.htm?crm-object-type=BP_ACCOUN...

The above URL opens the customer view with the details of the customer whose one of the telephones is supplied.

I have not yet fully figured out yet, how the UI framework resolves the above set of parameters and selects the suitable UI component, window and views.

Now, I need to bring up the customer information on the view linked with the object-type BPIDENT (Account Identification for IC_Agent role). The reason is, there are actions and buttons on this view which lets me select contracts etc. The CRM system (7.0) is not integrated with CTI or ICI and these URLs are generated by a 3rd party application. So far I have figured out that I must use BPIDENT object-type with object-action as "A" or "B". Object-value will be the customer account no (mostly, not sure though). I have no idea what the keyname should be. I tried PARTNER, which did not work. This is what I expect to see as my solution -

http://[application-server]:[port]/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_ui_start/default.htm?crm-object-type=BPIDENT&c...

If anybody in the community had some experience with this can help me sort this out.

PS: I did read somewhere that I might have to add a new parameter in the corresponding Mapper class. It seems that the method responsible for pulling out the BOL object has CASE-WHEN which should handle the appropriate keyname (PARTNER?).

crm-object-type=BPIDENT&crm-object-action=B&crm-object-value=B5B05A3007CCD411917708000627B381&crm-object-keyname=PARTNER_GUID
