I have the same question but I'm not seeing the option to put the video on web host? Is this still an option? When I use the AICC wrapper with a .wmv file, users are not able to click the agree button.
SAP has performed a system refresh on my end and it still is not functioning due to issues with the metadata, apparently. They are still investigating.
