Hi all,
I am a junior EDI analyst and am discovering the intricacies of SAP and its functionality,
Currently I would like to ask you gurus about email notifications sent to the ZC/ZY partners assigned on customer accounts functionality, if someone has any documentation on this I would really appreciate it.
Also we have an EDI setup where when an error is generated, let's say by a faulty EDI order, a workflow kicks into action and an email is sent from SAP to the assigned ZC and ZY from that account, an email wich contains the error details.
My question is:
Do you know how can I see where are these notifications being picked up from - I would like to add to them.
