Xcelsius Professional 4.5 Activation Code

I purchased Xcelsius Pro 4.5 in December of 2005. I've had several system crashes and have just installed it on a new system. Unfortunately, when the app tries to activate, it says that I have exhausted all of my activations. How do I get a new activation or reactivation code?

Hi Alex

I asked SAP Support directly regarding this and was told the following:

'SAP CrystalXcelsius 4.5 is no longer supported as it is End of Life from 30.06.2011; therefore the resetting of activations for license keys is no longer possible. In order to activate your software, you will have to update it to the current versions – Xcelsius 2008 or above.'

Thanks for the update. Do you know if I have an existing Crystal Xcelsius file (under 4.5) can it be open/update in the current version? What's the rough cost for it?

Hi Alex

The customer I work with has said that they have experienced issues opening existing 4.5 files under newer versions, so I am reluctant to say yes.

I contacted [email protected] who were very prompt at responding, so would recommend getting in touch with them.

The cost I was quoted for the newer version was around £350 ex VAT.
