Xcelsius Professional 4.5 Activation Code

I purchased Xcelsius Pro 4.5 in December of 2005. I've had several system crashes and have just installed it on a new system. Unfortunately, when the app tries to activate, it says that I have exhausted all of my activations. How do I get a new activation or reactivation code?

I have purchased Crystal Xcelsius 4.5 Professional Full Product (English) (element 5 order no. 76439825) on 30th August,2006,licence key number Xcl4Pro001-589H-E343-G3BC-KHA5-HX22. Now I would like to format my laptop. If I format my laptop, how can I re install xcelsius and re activate? Pl help me. Also let me know is xcelcius compatible with windows7?
