Workflow User Decision Task - Agent Assignment not working in Test Client

Hi,

In my test client, the User Decision Standard Task is getting triggered, but I am not receiving any Workflow Task in my SAP Inbox. The Standard Task is declared as a "General Task".

In SWIA (Test Client), I went to Workflow log for and when I click on Agent it gives a message - "No agents found for this task".

I also tried using Transaction - RE_RHMOVE30 to capture the agent assignment in a Customizing Transport Request in Development Client and imported the changes in my Test Client using SCC1. But it did not work.

Appreciate any advise/help in the above case.

Hi All,

I am now able to access Standard Task in the Test client by making changes in HR mini master (Transaction - OOSB). The entry in table - T77UA with my user-id needs to be deleted.

Also, I had to clear the INDX table that had records with ID - "AUTHORITY_<MY_SAP_USERID>".
