You can browse all Standard workflows (Which are ready made workflows) in all Modules
either:
PFTC is the transaction to find the workflow template. Here from the dropdown, select Template and then search.
Standard workflows are SAP standard workflows.
Workflow template can be of a standard workflow or a custom workflow.
