Hi Gurus,

The end user run VA03 transaction the following exception message display. Pls advise how to rectify....

Windows GUI 640 Exception 0xC0000005 with ID=0x584CDEF3/0x584CDEF3 occurred (PL=20)

You try install path 32

or

you back to the version old

t-code se38 -- UtilitiesSettings changed the radiobutton to Front End editor (old), because your version of SAP GUI path < 32 you obtain dump if you select the Front End editor (new)

Hi Rajesh,

Please pay attention the SAP Notes 520688 and 559285.

Please follow exactly the steps described in this notes.

- install the latest SAPgui patch 32

- install the PDB files for SAPgui patch 32

- set environment variable NTSYMBOL_PATH

- set the registry key

- recreate the error situation

- send us the new generated tracefile if you get same error.
