Willy Agent Install - SAP JAVA not coming Up

Hi All,

We recently installed new SAP PO 7.5 App server after installation we setup Willy Agent version 9.7.1.16.

After Wily Setup, SAP PO System is not starting and it gets down in starting framework step.

And Default trace shows -

The following Error is thrown by the VM [com.sap.jvm.impl.lang.NonAlertingInternalError]. ErrorQueueHandler will just trace it. The caller component should take care to process it properly.

When we remove or disble below parameter from configtool, System comes up.

-javaagent:/usr/sap/.../BytecodeAgent/..../Agent.jar

We have same Wily version running on other same machines and it is running fine.

Please suggest what could be reason of this issue and how can we solve it.
